mondas® CoGenius is a high-performance monitoring tool for all CHP plant operators who want to increase the energy efficiency of their plants and reduce their operating costs at the same time. The performance features focus on the intelligent detection of sub-optimal operating states and the scheduling of service trips as part of predictive maintenance.

mondas® CoGenius makes it possible to visualise and evaluate operating data from any number of combined heat and power plants (CHP) on a standardised platform.

The software is equipped with outstanding fault detection. It recognises immediately if, for example, individual CHP units "pulsing", i.e. switch to start more frequently than necessary. This prevents efficiency losses. System malfunctions and failures are prevented.

Monitoring and analyses are carried out around the clock and almost in real time, regardless of the number of connected systems.

Predictive maintenance

If CHP units are in a sub-optimal operating state, the system automatically generates alarm tickets based on various criteria, including economic criteria, with specific instructions for action. Thanks to the exceptionally deep data analysis by algorithms equipped with extensive CHP expertise, well-founded predictive maintenance scheduling is possible.

As a result, service teams save time on troubleshooting and maintenance work and can also optimise service routes according to their own criteria.

Higher yield and extended service life

mondas® CoGenius is particularly suitable for monitoring CHP units that have been in operation for many hours. Experience has shown that maintenance and servicing costs increase disproportionately here.
