The intelligent software for technical building and energy monitoring

mondas® FacilityEQ

mondas® FacilityEQ is a new type of monitoring tool that enables building operators to monitor both energy and utility systems in their properties on a standardised platform.

The software was specially developed for the technical monitoring of large building portfolios with complex technical building services and modern energy concepts.
It is aimed at facility managers, technical property managers, maintenance service providers, hospitality companies and planners and operators of energy districts.

Integrated building and energy monitoring

For the first time, mondas® FacilityEQ enables orchestrated monitoring of all operating parameters, both of building services components and the energy systems involved, such as photovoltaic systems, heat pumps, combined heat and power (CHP) plants, as well as battery storage and e-mobility charging stations.

Joint monitoring on a standardised platform provides a unique overview of the operating status of all monitored systems and devices. At the same time, this also enables economic and ecological operational optimisation in the system, for example via grid-friendly load management or with peak-shaving-oriented storage strategies.

The software can be seamlessly integrated into existing energy management systems (EMS). This enables operators to optimise the efficiency of their entire building stock on a multidimensional basis, including on the basis of individual optimisation criteria.

mondas® FacilityEQ also creates energy balances for individual property buildings in the portfolio.

Data analytics and AI

The mondas® FacilityEQ software, which is implemented as a data platform, uses an extensive library of rule-based and AI-supported algorithms to analyse and process the naturally large volumes of data. This is continuously supplemented and updated.

AMEV conformity and custom compliance

mondas® FacilityEQ offers AMEV-compliant building monitoring as standard, which ensures compliance with industry standards and legal requirements. If required, the software can also be customised to meet other specific compliance requirements.

Use throughout the entire building life cycle

mondas® FacilityEQ is suitable for the commissioning of new buildings as well as the continuous operation of existing buildings.

Building operators can recognise and quickly rectify installation errors and sub-optimal operating states as early as the adjustment phase. This ensures high energy efficiency, a pleasant indoor climate and the safe operation of all building services and energy systems from the very first day of operation.

In continuous operation, mondas® FacilityEQ facilitates the early detection of critical operating conditions, and service trips can be scheduled fully automatically as part of predictive maintenance, saving time and money.

Comprehensive support and services

Users of mondas® FacilityEQ benefit from comprehensive support and a wide range of training options from the Mondas service team. An integrated graphical editor also makes it possible to adapt the analyses to individual analysis objectives without in-depth programming knowledge.

Maximum data security

The mondas® FacilityEQ data platform is operated on servers in highly secure German data centres that comply with the strict ISO/IEC 27001 standard.
For maximum data control, an on-premise installation is also possible. This allows the system to be seamlessly integrated into the internal IT landscape and fulfil the highest security requirements.
