Predictive Maintenance With Mondas®
All you need for mondas® IoT monitoring are IP data interfaces at the monitored assets. The sensor, measurement and operating data is transferred to the mondas® IoT platform via a data logger. There they are analyzed in real time. In this way, the condition of plants can be constantly monitored.
Using pattern recognition, the mondas® system identifies operating errors such as excessively long running times of ventilation systems, high start and stop frequency of CHP units or problems in the hydraulics. A few seconds after an irregularity or malfunction is detected, the Analytic software sends a warning message.
The AI-based automatic error detection of the analysis software is individually programmable for each application. Intelligent algorithms interpret the data from machines, plants and entire systems.
The advantages for users are manifold: repair costs are reduced, and with them the operating costs and costs for maintenance. Increased performance and higher operating efficiency of the plants are further advantages. Expensive maintenance drives are avoided, and regular maintenance work is no longer necessary. You are no longer dependent on fixed maintenance intervals.
